I had a Pentium(R) 4, 2.49GHz, 2GB of RAM.
(A Pentium 4! The most powerful PC of its time!)
When we got this option on the left side of the screen, I began to have some problems: "Experiencing interruptions".
I had this option to "Never play higher-quality videos", I checked it to see if it solved the problem, and the problem remained the same. I had to put my Pentium 4 aside.
From one moment to another I experienced choppy playback in my phone, audio and video. But if I had the same frequency in my connection... what could've been? It was like something heavy was loaded in the browser my computer couldn't handle. "But everything was just fine", I told myself.
I purchased a Core2 Duo, E6550 2.33GHz, 4GB of RAM. And everything was alright.
Now that we got the "Autoplay" option on the right side of the screen, I'm having the same problems again.
I don't have the option to "Never play higher-quality videos" anymore. I don't know what I'm going to do.
DO I HAVE TO BUY A FIFTH GENERATION INTEL CORE i7-900 PROCESSOR EXTREME EDITION COMPUTER THAT COSTS $1,800 TO WATCH VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE!?
It looks like in the past three days a very HEAVY update has been activated. All pages are loading very slow.

Oh, it's the Internet Service Provider's fault. Uhhhhhh... OK.
